I have Adam 4117 device, I face problem in the firmware upgrading, on the Adam apax. utility, the Adam is stuck in the download mode and not switch back to normal mode, also I can not upgrade the firmware using the last firmware a2.17 (.bin) on the site .

so please help me regarding this issue by sending a2.02 firmware with hex file or more recent
