Dear Sirs,

I would like reset status in an ADAM-6060 module. By some reason, access to it has been blocked because it doesn´t accept the password used to protect it.

Is there any solution to set their settings to default?

Hello,

Please download the latest Adam.Net Utility:

There is a Reset Password function (which will work if your module has a newer firmware).  Click the button and then disconnect the power within 10 seconds.  The password will be reset to 00000000

anyway, the module is installed far away from my company so I would like to know if is there any alternative solution. Do you know if is there any 'Clear CMOS Jumper' inside the module or something like that?

There are no hardware reset jumpers.  If a unit gets in a state where the Utility cannot work with it anymore the only option is to send it back to the RMA center to have it reflashed.
