PM Designer button labels

PM Designer button labels

Can anyone tell me if its possible to programatically change the labels (text) of buttons? Idealy I would like them to reflect the content of user memory.

Thanks,
Sean.

Hi,

One of the developers here said something about blanking out the text in the button.  The creating an overlapping Character Display and setting the background to transparent.

Hmmmm

I was thinking about that too....However.....

Unless i'm missing something, the char display object doesnt have a "transparent" option like many of the other objects have :-(

Any other ideas?

Thanks,
Sean.

Got it

Thanks for your help.

It turned out that I needed to use "character input" and then set it to transparent and disable input by bit!

A bit of a job (pun-intended) for all the buttons I have but it works!

Thanks again  for your help.

Sean.
